Video Poker Payouts Schedules / Tables
When it comes to playing video Poker, there is nothing more satisfying than getting that big payout – The moment where the player gets a great winning hand and is rewarded with an even better amount of money.
But how does all of this work in terms of what hands provide the best payments? Well, through the use of a Poker payout table, understanding the values of these winnings can become a lot simpler.
The payout table is a useful guide that allows a Poker player to know how much a certain combination of cards will pay out if a player were to have that particular hand. These tables can usually be found at the top of a gaming machine, or even onscreen, by tapping the menu option that shows the payout. It is important to note, however, that even though a machine can be similar to another (in effect, two identical machines of the same game), the payouts can be significantly different. In other words, if one machine isn’t doing it for you as far as winning goes, feel free to go to another machine. It actually can make a difference. READ the tables.
In fact, it is a common understanding for players that are getting into video Poker for the first time to study the pay table. The table works two ways – the left hand vertical column shows the hands (pair, two pair, etc) Stretching to the right of each, there are columns different payouts (2-1, 3-1, etc).
Why multiple payouts? Look up at the top… you’ll see a horizontal row of “how many credits played”. So a full house, for example, might pay 10-1 for one credit, but 50-1 for five.

Easy, right?
Video Poker is a game that provides a lot of excitement, and a solid payout if a player understands the game properly. With a decent understanding of the game, a skilled player could walk away a very happy gambler, knowing that they have been able to overcome the house odds.
