When you’re done with your meal, head to one of the three bars in the resort for local beers and your favorite Caribbean cocktails.
A fitness center and two swimming pools ensure that you’ll be able to stay in shape while you’re on vacation. Work up a sweat on the cardio machines or with the free weights and then cool off with a dip in the pool and a lay in the sun. For something more active, try playing tennis, volleyball or water polo. Golfers can enjoy the 18-hole golf course. Water sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the complimentary non-motorized equipment sign-out – kayaks, canoes, catamarans, and more.
The Riu Bambu Club resort provides many options for entertainment once the sun sets. There are nightly outdoor stage productions; there’s a nightclub where you can dance until the sun comes up and there are plenty of beachside bars for a more romantic experience. You won’t have to try too hard to find something to do.
There are plenty of other attractions in the area, too. Outside the resort facility is Manatee Park, a lively waterpark for adults and children. There are natural wonders galore; take a fishing or scuba diving tour or embark on a snorkeling adventure on your own. There’s even world-class shopping at the Palma Real Shopping Center.
