When you want to relax, there are few better options than swimming in the natural hot springs and mineral pools at the Jacumba Hot Springs Spa, where water temperatures average 97-degrees. There is also a staff of professional masseuses to pamper you all day long. If you want to play some tennis, throw on your short-shorts and hit the clay court at Jacumba. At Live Oak Springs Resort enjoy hiking, swimming, camping and amazing stargazing.

At night, Campo is pretty sleepy, except for the casino, where you’ll always find action. However, if you want to take the 40-minute ride into San Diego or the 1-hour drive to Tijuana, you are absolutely bound to find memorable nightspots. If you’re not into traveling that far for adventure, then enjoy a romantic moonlit walk as you stare at the stars or visit one of the small local pubs in Campo, where you’ll at least find cold beer and warm faces.
